About
A taquería built by compadres
Don Rigo and his compadre Beto came from Jalisco with a birria recipe and a borrowed trompo. Twelve years later nothing has changed: handmade tortillas, salsas made every morning and the same music playing. Here, everyone is a compadre.
- ✓Charcoal al pastor on the trompo
- ✓Birria slow-cooked for 8 hours
- ✓Molcajete salsas every morning
